Monday, February 23rd

We used paint at the light table today.  Combining two activities like this (light and painting) could potentially provide the students with opportunities to make some new discoveries about the two materials.  Primary colors (red, blue, and yellow) are being used to include an element of science and an additional opportunity for discovery.  The boys are still very attracted to the sandbox and were able to use some new toys today while playing.

Fun with Debb during French.

Janet had a great idea to draw tracks on our tables with chalk.  this created a different type of area/space for a type of play the boys particularly enjoy.
