I’m excited to introduce a new class member – Avery!  He is familiar with BMS as he is joining us from the 1A classroom.  Please say hello next time you see him on a Tuesday or Thursday!  It has been such a treat to get to know Lyla and Natan the past few months, we are excited to add another friend to the batch!  In addition to spending some time getting to know Avery, the class spent the day in and out of a variety of experiences.  The sandbox, the water table, and the light table were all available for exploration.  We also did a bit of painting and took the projector to the gym to play with shadows!

(Pearl has one hand wide open and the other is holding a large ball, bigger than her hand.  Isn't it funny that, as an adult, Janet and I both can tell what joke she is playing.  I chose the empty hand first and she said, "Choose again!")
