Although we're bummed to be stuck inside, we are keeping busy with lots of different types of play! We were visited again today by our very hungry alligator. Today he was craving strawberries, raspberries, and pineapple. When we finally sat to take a closer look at these fruits, we talked about whether the outside of each fruit was hard or soft, cold or warm, smooth or rough. We then proceeded to taste each fruit. Again, we talked about if the fruit was juicy or dry, sweet or sour. We talked about the colors and which fruit we liked best. We also continue to look at some favorite activities like water and sand play.
